Nutqi is an online speech-therapy platform in Egypt that brings families, patients, specialists and therapy centers into one place — from the first search for a specialist to reading a progress report.
What Nutqi is
Nutqi is a shared workspace between the people looking for therapy and the people providing it. A parent or patient finds a specialist or a center, books a session, and follows the plan, the assessments and the reports from their account. A specialist or a center manages working hours, bookings, cases and therapy plans from the same place. The platform is a technical intermediary that organises the work; the clinical decision stays with the specialist responsible for the case.

How we build it
Arabic first
The interface was built right-to-left in Arabic from day one, and the English version is a complete mirror of it — not a partial translation.
One file per case
Diagnosis, attachments, sessions, plans, assessments and reports all hang off the same file, so nobody has to reassemble the picture from scattered paper.
The specialist decides
The platform organises appointments and data, but the assessment and the therapy plan belong to the specialist responsible for the case.
Privacy is not an add-on
Role-based permissions, files behind authorized links, and data sharing kept to the narrowest scope the service needs.
Where we are now
Nutqi is in its first release: sign-up, booking, plans, assessments, reports and notifications are live, and payments are recorded manually until a payment gateway is connected. We are building the rest in order, and against the feedback of the people actually using it.
