We collect account data (name, email, phone number), child data entered by the guardian (name, date of birth, diagnosis, attachments), and usage data required to operate the service.
2. How we use data
Data is used to provide booking and therapy-plan services, to enable communication between guardians and specialists, and to send notifications only through channels the user has enabled.
3. Data sharing
We do not sell your data. Child data is shared only with the specialist or center you book with, and only to the extent needed to deliver the service.
4. Data protection
We apply technical and organizational safeguards including password hashing and role-based access control; files are stored behind authorized links.
5. Your rights
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your data, and manage notification channels from the Settings page at any time.
