1. About the service
Nutqi is an online platform connecting guardians and patients with speech-therapy specialists and centers, providing booking, therapy plans, assessments and follow-up tools. Using the platform means you agree to these terms.
2. Account registration
Users must provide accurate, up-to-date information when registering and keep their credentials confidential. The platform may suspend any account that provides misleading information or misuses the service.
3. Bookings and payments
Bookings follow the specialist's available slots and remain pending until the specialist confirms. In the current version payments are recorded manually (cash, at the center, or transfer) and appear in your payments ledger.
4. Medical content responsibility
Content and plans provided through the platform come from independent specialists. The platform is a technical intermediary and is not a substitute for specialized medical consultation in emergencies.
5. Termination
You may request account closure at any time. The platform retains records required for legal and accounting obligations in line with the privacy policy.
